What's' New How do I get it? Installation Instructions   What's new in Service Pack 4 General Hole positions can now be automatically calculated. Each blind type can be setup to have ShopOrder Plus+ look up manual hole position entries (this is the default method) or have ShopOrder Plus+ automatically calculate them. Slat counts can now be automatically calculated. Each blind type can be setup to have ShopOrder Plus+ look up manual slat count entries (this is the default method) or have ShopOrder Plus+ automatically calculate them. ShopOrder Plus+ now supports up to 20 hole positions for wood, aluminum, pleated and cellular blinds. To use more than 7 hole positions, however, requires custom labels and/or reports. You can now copy hole positions and slat counts from one blind type to another directly from the maintenance screens. Four privileges were added to user security, Enable Discount Field, Enable Installation Field, Enable Shipping Field and Enable Other field. By default all users will have these field enabled. A "referred by" field was added to customer information. It is 30 characters long. Widths up to 999 can now be imported, however, the length of any one line in the import file is still limited to 2048 characters. The default PO can now be changed by the user. Prices can now be optionally rounded to whole numbers as they are imported by the Price Grid Update Wizard. Order Entry The Quantity field in order entry can be setup to accept larger quantities and decimals. By default this feature is disabled. If this feature is used it will require custom reports and labels. ShopOrder Plus+ now checks for comma's in the drop ship fields when they are entered in order entry. When doing a search for an order and more than one result is found the dialog box that shows the orders and allows the user to select one now displays the sidemark in the list. The due date field was removed to accommodate this. The user now has the option to have ShopOrder Plus+ round the unit cost (customers price) up, down or to the nearest whole number. The user now has the ability to force ShopOrder Plus+ to check for duplicate PO's when an order is saved. If a duplicate is found, the user has the option to allow not allow the order to be saved. The user ID of the current user is now displayed in the caption bar of the Order Entry dialog box. For new orders it will be the user ID of the current user. For modified orders it will be the user ID of the user that last saved the order. If you modify an order and re-save it the user ID will be changed for that order to the current user ID. Peachtree ShopOrder Plus+ now exports sales tax information to Peachtree. ShopOrder Plus+ now exports the correct discount amount to Peachtree and QuickBooks regardless of whether the discount was a dollar amount or percentage. In previous versions, ShopOrder Plus+ could only export discounts if they were dollar amounts. Bugs Fixed A bug was fixed that caused the incorrect balance to be calculated when installation was taxed. ShopOrder Plus+ no longer forces the PO field to upper case. The default button in the change screens was changed from the Override button to the OK button. Valance selection was changed in the change screens so that valances with [0], [1], [2], or [3] in any part of the valance name will make the correct change to the return length. This feature is supported for the LTL bar code labels. Previously ShopOrder Plus+ only changed the return length if the prefix was at the beginning of the valance name. Head rail labels are now sorted by head rail color and not slat color. This only affects the standard sorting order and not ShopOrder number sorting order. The standard sorting order for head rail labels is blind type, due date, head rail color and head rail length. The Price Grid Update Wizard dialog boxes where enlarged to make it easier to read long style names. The list boxes do not scroll and the user cannot change the size of the fields, so it is still possible that some style names will be too long to read. How do I get it?
