Download Product Updates and Patches

1. Make a complete backup of ShopOrder Plus+.
2. Close ShopOrder Plus+. If you are running on a network then all workstations must close ShopOrder Plus+ also.
3. Click on the link above to start the download.
4. When the download is complete, open the file to start the wizard. Follow the on screen instructions.
5. After the wizard has finished installing Service Pack 4 Patch 7, run ShopOrder Plus+.
6. Install the patch on the rest of the computers that run ShopOrder Plus+ if you are in a network.

Note: You must install this product on all computers using ShopOrder Plus+.

4. When the download is complete, open the file to start the wizard. Follow the on screen instructions.
5. After the wizard has finished installing Service Pack 4, run ShopOrder Plus+. When prompted, upgrade the data files.
6. Run ShopOrder Plus+, click Tools|Data Files|Reindex and Repair. You may get a message that says some indexes were repaired, this is normal.
7. Install Service Pack 4 on the rest of the computers that run ShopOrder Plus+ if you are in a network.

1. Click on the links above to download the files.
2. After the four files have been downloaded to your hard drive, insert one of four blank floppy disks into drive A: and then open the downloaded file 18sp4d1. When prompted click the Unzip button. This will extract the setup files to the first disk. When the files have been extracted, click OK and then click Close.
3. Insert the second blank disk and repeat the process for 18sp4d2, 18sp4d3 and 18sp4d4.
4. To install the service pack, insert disk 1 and click Start --> Run and type A:\SETUP and click OK.
5. When the setup is complete, you can run ShopOrder Plus+.

Note: You cannot save the files you download to a disk. You must save them to your hard drive and then run them from your hard drive to extract the files to a floppy disk.
